Placez les poivrons, les piments et l\u2019ail dans un plat \u00e0 r\u00f4tir et faites cuire environ une heure, en les retournant de temps en temps jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la peau noircisse. Retirez les piments et l\u2019ail plus t\u00f4t, mais laissez les poivrons r\u00f4tir pendant toute l\u2019heure. <strong>2- Griller les noix \u2013<\/strong> Pendant les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes de cuisson, \u00e9talez les noix sur une plaque et faites-les griller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles d\u00e9gagent un ar\u00f4me. <strong>3- \u00c9plucher et pr\u00e9parer \u2013<\/strong> Une fois assez refroidis pour \u00eatre manipul\u00e9s, pelez la peau des poivrons, piments et ail, puis enlevez les graines. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement. <strong>4- Mixer \u2013<\/strong> Dans un robot culinaire, m\u00e9langez les poivrons r\u00f4tis, piments, ail, noix, chapelure, m\u00e9lasse de grenade, jus de citron, miel et \u00e9pices. Mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse, en versant lentement l\u2019huile de cuisson. Ajoutez le reste d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et la majeure partie des herbes hach\u00e9es, puis salez selon votre go\u00fbt. <strong>5- Servir et d\u00e9guster \u2013<\/strong> Versez dans un bol, ajoutez un filet de m\u00e9lasse de grenade et parsemez avec le reste des herbes. Servez avec du pain plat, des crudit\u00e9s ou dans un assortiment de mezze.<\/p>\n<p>Fum\u00e9, \u00e9pic\u00e9 et compl\u00e8tement addictif \u2014 cette Muhammara riche en noix est aussi super saine !<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right:
