Our commitment to healthy nutritious food extends beyond catering. We believe vegetarian and vegan food should feature more and more in people’s home cooking, so we also offer group and one on one classes and training.

CATERING
Whether your clients are visiting Marrakech for business or pleasure, we’re here to offer something beyond the usual — a fresh, modern take on nutritious catering that fuels both work and wellness.
We provide catering services for production companies, wellness retreats, corporate and private events, serving up to 35 people in and around Marrakech.
You can order breakfast, lunch, dinner — with or without service — customised to your dietary requirements (V, VG, GF, DF, meat, fish).
Prices for lunch start at 400 MAD per person.
VEGETARIAN COOKERY CLASSES
As well as being super healthy and good for the planet, eating vegetarian or vegan should also involve eating delicious, varied and exciting food. However, many people are under confident when it comes to creating a plant-focussed meal. Luke will show you how to incorporate pulses, wholegrain, nuts and vegetables into your cooking and how to add the ‘wow’ into your presentation.
We offer small interactive classes in English for up to 8 people – whether at your riad or a venue we can arrange, we ensure an enjoyable and informative experience.
Prices start at 500 MAD per person.
VEGETARIAN COOKERY TRAINING
More and more travellers to Marrakech are looking for plant-based modern European alternatives to the traditional Moroccan dishes on offer everywhere.
If you manage a riad, why not expand your menu to include contemporary vegetarian or vegan options?
We offer one-on-one training courses or on the job mentoring where Luke will introduce your cook to modern vegetarian cooking and teach them a selection of recipes they can confidently go on to prepare and serve to your guests.
